Boris has performed for the troops in various locations around the world. He has performed in Afghanistan and Kuwait as part of two separate trips with Operation Hot, and numerous Forward Operating Bases.
The celebrity team in 2011 included Hypnotist The Incredible Boris, Marcel Forestieri (Jay Leno clone), Eric Buss (Magician), The Three Waiters, Mysterious Ways (America's U2 Tribute Band) with food services by celebrity chefs - Chef Rick Moonen, Chef Rick Tramonto, Chef Frederick Heurtin of John Folse & Company. The trip documentary was produced by Christopher Shepherd Films, with Audio Visual Production and staging by Stage Directions.
The celebrity team in 2013 included Comedy Hypnotist Boris Cherniak, Chef Charles Carroll, Chef Robert Irvine (Restaurant Impossible), Laura McIntosh, comedian Carmen Barton, Steve Caplan (Undercover Boss) and U2 LA Vation. June 2011, Boris entertained the troops in Afghanistan as part of Operation HOT. Due to a hectic touring schedule, Boris was unable to attend. He sent this heartfelt video.
In June 2013, Chef Charles Carrol returned with a team of celebrities in the middle of a war zone in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Boris was asked back.
